stands for Free Android, and /e/ Apps is full of non-free, so I doubt it F-Droid will ever allow Apps.

It doesn’t matter cause only apps need to free and build without tracker like example telegram foss app is free but telegram server completely closed component so f-droid added Anti-Features Dialog in telegram foss client app so E Apps need to be free tooo
