Try to set the CPU in kerneladiutor to Max 1200.
When it’s empty, boot into TWRP, set the screen brightness to max and let it go empty (some people recommend to wipe the cache in TWRP too). After that charge it to the max. Use it till it’s empty and do it with TWRP again, charge it to the max after that. It can help sometimes.
