Why in this page Install /e/OS on a Xiaomi Mi 11i / Redmi K40 Pro / Redmi K40 Pro+ / Mi 11X Pro - “haydn”
it is always Android 12 ?

Thanks for a very clear set of instructions ! It took a little over 1h for my husband (a first-timer) to install haydn on his M11i

  • He kinda accidentally skipped step 9 of “Unlocking the bootloader” section. Developer mode was previously activated but he didn’t re-enabled USB debugging and it still worked.
  • Success message was “Install completed with status 0”
  • Step 3 of “Install /e/OS” section has a typo we think
  • Step 5 of “Manually reboot into recovery mode”. He could not keep the device off but booted to recovery directly through restart
