I’m trying to install /e/ on my Xiaomi Mi A1 (Android 7.1.2, build number N2G47H.7.12.19) according to the instructions. However, none of the TWRP versions from https://dl.twrp.me/tissot/ boot.
What do I need to do?

Did you try booting into recovery?
this page, the /e/ foundation instructions, shows the boot modes at the bottom: Recovery, Power+VolUp. Hope that works…
Thanks for the suggestion, but, unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to be working.
When I type in the command promt
fastboot boot twrp-3.3.1-0-tissot.img
Sending ‘boot.img’ (29348 KB) OKAY [ 0.656s]
Booting OKAY [ 0.734s]
Finished. Total time: 1.422s
nothing happens. The smartphone screen is black. If I press Power+VolUp then Android simply restarts. If I type
adb reboot recovery
then I have message “No command” on the smartphone.
Can you try with the TWRP version 3.3.0.2 image file
Running the below command in the MiA1 Fastboot screen
fastboot boot twrpimagename.img
should get you to the TWRP main screen without rebooting
Thanks, but the 3.3.0-2 version doesn’t boot, too.
Maybe I should type
fastboot flash boot <recovery_filename>.img
or it is dangerous?
