Xiaomi posted a blog in which it delineated how and when it collects visited URLs visited by its users. Read it in full here.
The company reiterated that the data transferred from Xiaomi devices and browsers was anonymized and not attached to any identity.
Hello @metlau, there is no /e/ OS ROM for your device. I found UNOFFICIAL custom ROMs for the “cereus” very fast in the WWW:
Resurrection Remix - PixelExperience - LineageOS 16.0

Note: PixelExperience builts run well, but in my opinion they have an additional handicap: : included G°°gle Apps are included .
