add “linux distribution or macOS” in requeriments. because to execute the step 4 in the Installing a custom recovery using fastboot section is required to use a macOS or linux distro due a bug with fastboot for windows and advice the user about this problem. that maybe it would need to use a linux distro or macOS.
Also advice the user about missing required files to install the recovery. for example the super_empty.img can be downloaded from the lineageOS.
