Magic Earth itself has a debug mode and a built in Feedback method described https://www.magicearth.com/faq-en/ under “How to send a debug log?”
Please do the following steps:
- enable debug mode from Settings > Advanced
- close and restart the app
- reproduce the issue
- send the log via Settings > Support > Get in touch > Send feedback The debug log (and any crash logs) will be attached to the e-mail.
They may have an interest in working on a fix.
