It has been a few weeks since my App Lounge doesn’t work at all. Despite every connexion type (anonymous or with Google dummy account), the app just doesn’t load it’s interface. I have also tried the cache and storage delete “workarounds” but it didn’t do anything. It is very problematic as I cannot update any app already installed, even when being redirected from them to app lounge. I’m on the 13th version of Android and 2.9-t-20250321478215-official-FP5 version of /e/OS.

Also you could update or upgrade, your OS version is outdated since a year.

Also yeah I juste updated the phone and it works better now. I was able to update a train app (SNCF connect) but App Lounge’s interface for all apps needing an update still doesn’t work.

… and you already gave your thread the hashtag app-lounge … so you can simply click on that to focus say on this subject only.
This thread App Lounge not updating apps may also have its root in an older Android version … or on the possibility that App Lounge could repetitively become blocked by an “impossible” app in the “update list”.
Adjusted in settings, avoid auto update and update apps from other sources. (Why? The logic here being, with both on, you are not even present when App Lounge runs the Update list, one app fails to find an update, the defined job fails, App Lounge “jams” and then does the request repeatedly – the remote server may well get fed up with cease to tolerate this impossible situation.)
Part of the point of Clear storage is to remove the trace of a Token exchange which resulted in failure … with this “old token” on board, the job will ofc be dismissed by the remote server.
