This seems to me a symptom of “partial connection”. There have been problems with app-lounge but it helps if your phone is fully updated. If you need more help please [HOWTO] Give complete /e/OS version info easily for support, answers, comparison etc.

Certain settings in Advanced Privacy may interfere; you might turn off all while testing.
However the NA display is often fixed by just “Try again later”.
