Application Boursorama Banque bloquée : "L'application que vous utilisez n'est pas issue de Google Play Store..."

Hello everyone,

I’m a /e/OS user and recently ran into a blocking issue with the Bourso Bank app.

:iphone: Context:

  • Phone running /e/OS v2.9
  • BoursoBank app installed via App Lounge
  • My Boursorama account was created from another (standard Android) device
  • The app is listed as compatible here:

  • I also checked this related discussion (without success):

:brick: Problem:

When I open the app on my /e/OS phone, I get to the login screen. However, after entering my password and confirming, I receive the following error:

“Error: The app you’re using was not installed from the Google Play Store…”

It seems the app is performing some kind of origin or integrity check (possibly related to Play Store or Play Integrity), which blocks access even though my account is already active.


:dart: Goal:

To be able to use the Boursorama Banque app on my /e/OS phone.


:bulb: Questions:

  1. From what I understand, some users managed to get this app working — could anyone help me get it working on my device?
  2. Is there any clean workaround or specific configuration I should try? (microG, App Lounge settings, etc.)
