Have you read a few of the app-lounge threads and especially App Lounge FAQ? I suggest to pay particular attention to the advice after any “fail” attempt and Clear storage to “Try later” where later is like 12 hours later and have the phone fully charged.
Also try to separate whether you have Anki problems. It is firstly a large download (perhaps check for available space) and also in use I think I remember settings where a non privacy friendly server has to be deselected in Anki settings or else /e/ complains or fails. I did have AnkiDroid problems in use, some user error.
