Authentication failure (gmail)

Dear /e/ OS Community,

Since I updated my Fairphone 3 to the new /e/ OS 1.0 many things are constantly failing (camera issues, impossible to restart without removing the battery, overall functionality slowed down and regular freeze) but a new error appeared related to my gmail address (yes sorry, it’s for work):

This notification always comes back and my emails are thus not being retrieved.

Does anyone know what’s happening?

I tried removing the gmail account and adding it back, it works nicely but then the notification comes back and the synchronisation issue as well…
