Is there a way to have apps start automatically when the phone turns on? Unfortunately I couldn’t find a corresponding setting.

I know that when rooted there are several options. Unrooted I’m not sure.

Awhile back I think someone asked if it was possible to have an app launch automatically at boot. Like Dialer/Phone for instance. I knew there was a way but I couldn’t remember until now.
