I want to install magisk but there is no way to install from internal storage

To have Internal Storage available in recovery would mean the recovery would have to support decryption, because Internal Storage is encrypted by default nowadays.
Supporting decryption is tricky and not even the feature-rich alternative recovery TWRP guarantees this feature for every TWRP-supported device.
What’s your device?
The /e/ recovery supports external storage. If your device has an SD card you can flash from there. If you have a USB OTG adapter you can also use a flash drive.
And of course if you have a PC you can adb sideload. But then if you have a PC you can install Magisk the official way (patching boot image and then fastboot flashing it).
