I just installed /e/OS on my new Fairphone 4 and I can’t set up my Murena account with the Account Manager. I’m trying both my main password and an application password that I created at murena.io (which I can access).
This may be related with the problem of not being able to deactivate 2 factor authentication, which is still the case, although some asshole hijacked my thread and had it closed! This login problem is exactly what I feared and the reason I wanted to deactivate TOTP.
I don’t know whether this is related, but my account is of the @e.email vintage, although after rejecting my password the Account Manager converts the domain to @murena.io.

So am I the only one, or else nobody has a clue?
This is disheartening. We haven’t had Files for four months, and now I can’t use my contacts, calendar and mail on my phone. This renders the Murena cloud totally useless to me and I certainly won’t be paying for it. Given that the cloud is the main way to support Murena for people that prefer to install /e/OS by themselves, I can’t help feeling sorry, since it’s such a good OS.
Are you aware of this in Support topics ?

Well, I’m totally aware, I already wrote I tried the application password I created specifically for this purpose, to no avail. And today, suddenly, it works! But I’m 100% sure I was typing it right. The Murena cloud seems very, very unreliable.
