Cannot send Mails

Since one week I cannot send any mail from my murena account…

Hi, your account was blocked for sending multiple emails. The limit for free account is about 2-3 emails in an hour. This includes mails in cc or bcc. Each is considered as a separate email. I have unblocked the email ID. Pl check if you are able to send emails again.

Yes, thank you, it works again. But I do not understand, what happened. How can I avoid it? Two to three mails an hour is not enough. When did you change this? Why didn’t you inform us? Do I have to pay something to be allowed to send more mails? I would be ready to pay something. Does this have something to do with murena work space?

In a brief search of the T&C I did not find mention of the rate limit, but it has been in operation for quite a long time. Here is another thread Ratelimit "to" exceeded.
