When trying to log in to the Murena cloud I get the error ‘User disabled’. I can’t really find anything to solve this and an email to helpdesk@murena.com gets a reply that the email address is not monitored. How can I solve my issue/contact the helpdesk?
One is to Murena, which is what you want only open to paying customers; → Contact the Murena Helpdesk → option workspace plan.
The other is to /e/, which is the OS, not really your concern atm.

emails to helpdesk cannot work till the outage is fixed.
