Can't access my Murena workspace account with e.email. 'account disabled'

Hi there

When trying to log in to the Murena cloud I get the error ‘User disabled’. I can’t really find anything to solve this and an email to helpdesk@murena.com gets a reply that the email address is not monitored. How can I solve my issue/contact the helpdesk?

I have done a quick forum search. Another user has had the same problem before: E.email user disabled .

You may try to contact Murena using the form at Contact Us. Or maybe @Manoj can help?

Regarding the contact form, I found this where you get this:

The other categories didn’t apply at all to me. I will try it if @Manoj can’t help me, but that’s a bit confusing, 2 contact forms :slightly_smiling_face:.

One is to Murena, which is what you want only open to paying customers; → Contact the Murena Helpdesk → option workspace plan.
The other is to /e/, which is the OS, not really your concern atm.

But @Manoj simply invited you to send him a private message.

emails to helpdesk cannot work till the outage is fixed.

Maybe as a new user you do not see the MESSAGE button ?? To you it looks like this:
