Can't send email since yesterday

Everything was working fine till yesterday 9:30pm.
Since then I’m not able to sent email, the app just says can’t send email.

When using thunderbird it says “Matched map: LOCAL_BL_FROM”.

I can receive email but not send emails anymore

Solved by helpdesk, thanks for your advice.
our email adress was blacklisted because of too many emails sent per day or per week.
