(de)Select apps for back up

I would like to be able to select/deselect apps for back up.

(My Back up now fails because of camera app, deselecting would make the back up perhaps successful)

Not all apps are required for me to back up though.

I think they wanted to get the fork out the door, things like deselect might come later. Upstream had it. Alternatively they allow for parallel install of seedvault upstream, but takes an extra ~15mb in the rom, so unsure
