DeepL without microphone symbol

I’m using /e/OS v1.17 on Teracube_2e

In DeepL the microphone symbol is not visible, although in the settings, camera and microphone are permitted. Without microphone symbol I cannot use voice to text, i. e. I cannot speak and get a translation.
What do I have to do to fix this?

You would have to install a ‘voice to text’ app or service: there isn’t one in /e/OS.

I have tried all the voice-to-text-apps in AppLounge, except Google, but none of them leads to a microphone symbol in DeepL.
I can only copy the extracted text and paste it into DeepL - but that is not what I want to do.

Maybe the only way can be to install the voice to text app of Google? >
That is not the right solution, I think, because I use /e/OS and Teracube just to avoid Google.
