E/os cloud storage notifications

Hello all. I made an account on here to get help with a particular issue facing me.

I have a Fairphone 6 running e/os official 3.3 and I have this problem where every two hours or so I get a notification telling me to purchase more cloud storage because the free tier is at capacity. I’m otherwise very happy with the Fairphone 6 and I love that it is degoogled. But I don’t want to purchase more cloud storage and the notifications are becoming annoying. There doesn’t appear to me to be a way to mute these alerts beyond buying more storage which I don’t want to do. Maybe I’m wrong though.

Is there a way to mute the notifications from e/os about the cloud storage being at capacity? Or is there a way to disassociate my phone with my e/os account?

I also accidentally uninstalled the e/os workspace app and I can’t find it on the app lounge. Could it be possible to host the apk in the workspace website version so I can at least reinstall it from an official source and not rely on other people online to get the APK?

Thank you. Like I said I’m otherwise very happy with this phone. I didn’t expect the battery life to be so good or the camera to be as nice as it is.

Regarding full space, I had pictures which would fill up my storage I turned the synch for that off. Deleted the pictures on the storage and no more problem.

One other thing that often happens is that the trash on the storage fills up. Check that maybe too.

Thank you for the reply. But how do I do that? I couldn’t find sync settings in the app (before I accidently uninstalled the workspace app) or the web version.

Look in the settings under account, there you can choose what you synq.

Regarding trash, that you need to to online (browser).

Ok thank you. I found the option in the settings and chose to not sync stuff and cleared cloud space through the browser. Hopefully the notifications will stop now
