/e/OS 'S' V1.5 on Sony Xperia XZ2 (akari)

The ‘celan’ installation of /e/OS ‘S’ V1.5 on the Sony Xperia XZ2 - “akari” was done without any problems according to the /e/OS documentation guide.

What’s noticeable is …

a) that step 6. in section Installing /e/OS from recovery in the eRecovery cannot be executed, as these options are not implemented.

  1. Select the Cache and System partitions to be wiped and then Swipe to Wipe

b) that the operation of eRecovery 1.5 is not possible by touch, but only with the device keys Volume Down + Up plus Power.

I’ve not made any suggestions for additions to the /e/ documentation, but have shared my experience of handling the first /e/OS ‘S’ V1.5 release along with comments.

Also, other topic oriented comments about the XZ2 with /e/OS ‘S’ can be added here without getting lost in the further of the e-Forum.
