Easy Installer - Stuck after booting into bootloader

Hey there,
I am completely new to flashing my phone, so I got myself a Fairphone to install e os via the easy installer. Everything works but when I get to the point to boot inot the bootloader via vol - and power I get into that menu on my phone but the easy installer doesnt seem to recognize that. I can not go further. Am I doing anything wrong?
I have the easy installer on Windows 10 (unfortunatly the easy installer does not start on Ubuntu).
