Email to hotmail gets rejected (again?)

My e-mail sent from my murena.io e-mailaddress to a hotmail address gets rejected:

Status: 5.7.1
Remote-MTA: dns; hotmail-com.olc.protection.outlook.com
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [135.181.139.185]

I see that there have been some issues with this in the past, some say it has been resolved, but it looks like the problem is back…

Emails from my murena.io account to outlook end up in recipient’s spam. Is this the same issue?

if they end up in spam, they made it past a hard block - what a S3150 is as quoted in the top post
