Emails send in spams

Hello,

annoying problem with emails…

2/3 of my important emails are placed in spam, including those from senders who were in my contacts. I even have an email from Murena that was thrown away! Is there a way to stop the sorting of emails? It’s all the more annoying because in reality, I don’t receive any real spam and therefore I don’t need this anti-functionality at all.

Hello and thank you for your answer.

Unfortunately the gear icon no longer appears in the web interface. So I can’t use the proposed solutions.
The problem is still there and it’s very annoying…

I have the exact same problem no gear proposed…
It should not be a default behaviour to have to make a filter to receive mail from murena… (yes even mail from Murena finish in my spam folder …)

The “Acceptable” (in french) button feels like it’s useless (maybe not but never seen any results)

I navigate more in my spam folder than in my default folder …
