Enable connecting Fairphone to Ethernet and Ethernet-Calling

In my experience, the /e/ Fairphone currently does not support the internet connection through wired Lan / Ethernet: Connecting Fairphone to Ethernet

Would it be possible to add the drivers in the /e/ build to allow connecting through Ethernet and enabling Wifi-calling through Ethernet at the same time?

If it’s possible, it would be really fantastic for people like me who are looking for less electrosmog and even more speed and privacy.
