2021: Week wise OS upgrade and new Device release plan

In continuation to the comments in this post this is a list of devices with dates by when we plan to either add them to the official list or upgrade the OS. This list is not final and more devices will be added to this list. Where the OS is being upgraded the build will have to be manually flashed.
