OK, I’ve got it working now. See:

Somehow, I’ve got MMS working again. I tried with WiFi Calling enabled, switched DNS to “Network” (), and was able to send and receive. Switched back to Preferred DNS, turned off WiFi, and it’s still working. (Edit 1: I should add that I don’t know for sure if this is what fixed it; it might just have been a random tower reset or something. ) (Edit 2: When I powered up this morning, MMS had dropped out again.
