my phone is in a reboot loop. I have charged it this morning with a fast charger. It went to 0% last night. While charging, I have locked it with the power button long press >> lock. After a while (more than 15 minutes), it started a reboot loop.
I have tried removing the SIM and SD card, putting it into recovery mode with Pwr+VolDn. I have a nice “DOS-like” display “Fastboot Mode”, “Device State - locked” in red letters and some parameters about the phone in white letters. Serial numbers, etc.
In this list, “Bootloader version” and “Baseband version” are empty.
When I use the VolUp/VolDn buttons to go to “Recovery mode”, then confirm with the Power button, the reboot loop comes back again.
What can I do next? I want to keep the data on the phone, if possible.

I have done that “right now”. Can you tell me something from the “screenshot”? “Bootloader version” and “Baseband version” are empty. What does that mean? Is it possible to install them from my computer and keep my data intact?
I went to a phone shop in the meantime. The technician told me that he is sure that there is a cold soldering on one of the chips an that this is the reason for the reboot loop. I have taken a SIM card, so people can call me on my dumb phone.
I would wish to get a new motherboard or a new phone. I just want to solve my problem and reinstall all the apps that I need every day…

What is the problem with Murena? I still don’t have a UPS label?! On 18.12.2025 I have sent the first request and the phone is still with me?! I have asked for a UPS label on 8.1. Please help me out. There are three working days to just make a UPS label and send it to me. Is this rocket science?!
