In phone settings > Wireless & Networks > More > DNS, allow input of primary and secondary server (currently only one server allowed).

was about to open a new thread for that but found yours. Perhaps there is a special syntax we are missing ? (I would doubt that it is not possible to put 2 servers). I have tried “,” “;” or space between 2 IP but nothing work
I would even extend this request to: Make DNS configurable for all wi-fi networks.
So far I did not find a possibility to overrule the network DNS on my device, but correct me if I’m wrong.
When I connect to a public wi-fi which has 8.8.8.8 configured to be DNS I have to use it. It would be nice to be able to bypass this
