[FEATURE PROPOSAL] Separate security for turning device on and screen lock

It would be extremely helpful and aid in security to be able to set a separate unlock mechanism (or different password/code) for turning a device on (i.e., coming from a fully powered off state) and for turning off the screen lock (i.e., when the device is already on, but is on standby/the screen is off). This would allow users to maintain ease of use when using a device throughout the day, while allowing for significantly stronger security when turning the device on, and provide a simple way to enter a more secure state when a user is going to be in a situation with higher physical security risks. For example, a user could set a longer/more complex code or password when turning a device on, while using a simple code or pattern to unlock from standby. Lockdown Mode should also use this functionality (i.e., requiring the password/code used for unlocking the device)

Lockdown Mode, as it currently exists, does not address this issue - it is only available when using biometrics, and therefore doesn’t work for people who either can’t use biometrics or who don’t consider biometrics to be viable for any type of security.
