As an E/OS end-user i would like system update to be differential updates rather than full updates.
This in order to limit unnecessary bandwidth usage to download several hundred MB changes.
This would relieve E/OS servers loads and would be better for the planet 
.
This updates could bring all changes since last major versions or since detected release installed on the smartphone (just like it is done by Firefox updater on Windows).
