Trouble with Roaming and choosing networks

when I’ve seen this before and change “preferred network type” to 4G (or in the hidden dialer menu *#*#4636#*#*) from “GSM/WCDMA/LTE (PRL)” to “LTE only” I get more options to manually choose from quickly. EU-only data roaming is seeked after for a long time. There are some helper apps to pay attention though
