As you may be aware, we would be releasing the /e/OS T dev builds soon. This is the first set of devices we will be upgrading to /e/OS T We expect to release the /e/OS T builds by next month We will add more devices from the supported list besides adding new ones. The G7 Play is in the list of devices getting /e/OS T (Android 13), so I guess development for this device stopped after v1.8.1 (Android 11) and will soon switch to (probably) /e/OS 1.12.3 with Android 13.
