The default camera works fine.
@Pat38600: by any chance, check in your âadvanced privacyâ settings that you did not enable âHide IP addressâ.
This setting makes all traffic go through Tor network, which might be considered âunsecureâ by your bank.
I have several relatives that accidentally enabled this setting several times.

Have you tried to clear the storage of the updater app? (Settings->Apps->All apps->show system->updater->storage and cache->clear storage)

Just did clearing of the storage for updater and also dynamic system updates.
Then I checked the manual update search button and the already downloaded v2.2 appeared again.
Maybe it is possible via ADB to delete the 1,5 GB file v2.2 so it can be downloaded again? Filepath?

Yes, Fairphoneâs stock camera works, too.
However, I donât agree that the GCAM guys are in charge. It used to work with /e/OS 2.1, then /e/OS 2.2 was installed which obviously contains changes to the camera part and now GCAM is broken.
The GCAM guys will argue exactly like you: it used to work before, /e/ changed something in the camera part, you have to ask them - and I couldnât disagree

But I get no content if I use the command âlsâ
Maybe it would be a good idea to have in the updater menu the possibility to delete
the download, especially if there is an error like this checksum I encountered.

New FP4 camera works. Also works stock eOS camera. What doesnât work anymore is the camera to read the QR code in the app LepidaID, an italian identification app. The camera section open and then freeze.
I have tried to clear cache and storage of the app. Also tried restart the phone without the FP camera. Tried to reinstall the app. Nothing change.
A similar app, CieID works without problem. Also, I have no problem with Telegram photos.

Same thing with the QR & Barcode Scanner app. It freezes completely since 2.2 and the introduction of a new photo app for FP4.
