The fingerprint sensor stopped working after the update with the error (once I got a “hardware unavailable” error, currently no error message). Fingerprints can no longer be added (sensor doesn’t respond when trying to do so) or removed.
Edit: After thinking again, the sensor must have been working after the update and stopped working later. Thus, the issue is unrelated to the update.
I just updated my phone. I’m having the same issues as stated above with the gallery and opening pictures. It makes the gallery app crash. I’m looking forward to a fix. Thanks!
Fingerprint is still working though.

Yes, I’ve tried powering off the device, removing the battery, booting normally as well as into ‘save mode’ and disabling ‘find my device’ (which supposedly helped on devices running stock Android).
Appears to be code changes on the bank side. This is a constant battle we have with various banking and government apps which are unable to get rid of the ‘Google stock is a must’ attitude.
We will have the developers to check for ways to skip these checks.
Since version 3.3 I’ve massive issues with my e-SIM:
It randomly stops working, but it is not visible that there is an issue. I just realize it, when I try to call someone and there is nothing else on the phone app than the name of the person/number I try to call.
Furthermore, for people trying to call me there is a free sign, so they think my phone is ringing. I do not get any notification, not even that a call was missed by SMS.
When the issue accures, the eSIM cannot be deactivated nor the flight mode is working. Of course, it is possible to activate the flight mode, but the physical SIM and the eSIM card are still showing their connection is activated.
The only way to solve this is to restart the phone, when I realize that the issue happens again…
But for a few weeks I can live with the issue with the following workaround: I have to always turn my VPN connection on. Not sure if paused VPN also helps to solve the issue.
Success, installed on two devices 3.7 and it’s working fine.

Firstly, I couldn’t update apps from App Lounge, and couldn’t see notifications for some apps.
After changing to the second user and switching back to the original, everything started working, including updating from App Lounge. Some users also reported that App Lounge isn’t working for them, but it’s probably some bug in the system, maybe to do with multiple users.
Strangely enough, for 3 days, I was restarting the phone 3 times and clearing cache and data from App Lounge, and it never worked. And today after switching to second user and going back, all of a sudden all old notifications came back immediately.

Hello,
I have the same issue here with my Samsung S10e (SM-G970F) ever since I upgraded to /e/OS 3.7-t-20260412607474, from what I’ve gathered it’s a common issue with this update. I’ve found temporary workarounds by installing third-parties apps to handle my PDF and browse through my files even though it’s still a bit blocking since I can no longer share documents through messaging apps, but can anyone confirm that this will be fixed in the next release?
Thanks a million to the dev team
(PS: I’m sorry if I posted this in the wrong thread, I wasn’t sure where I should go to report feedback so feel free to let me know if this should belong to another topic)
This version has cleared up the issues I was having. Mail is working well, and the WIFi problems I had while travelling have cleared up as well. Whatever the geniuses did 3.71 was the answer. Thank you. T Mobile here I come
