File shuttle to work profile

Hi experts,
I started a separate thread for this but seems more relevant here:

I used Insular app to install WhatsApp in the work profile. The Files app is automatically cloned by insular. And I cloned the gallery app, too.
But, how to get media into there, so that it can be shared via whatsapp ??

I can’t see the “file shuttle” option, anywhere!!
(Could this be an insular problem? Is shelter better??)
Or is there a different method to get files into the work space?
