I have a Teracube from Murena. As it was broken I sent it back for repairs and got a replacement. Unfortunately it seems there is an issue with the fingerprint reader. I can’t find any settings for it, see attached screenshot. The OS version is 3.2
I searched the discusson board and my findings suggested this a hardware problem. Is that the case or could it also be a software issue that can be fixed?
I got two Teracube replacement phones from Murena (the first one having a microphone down, I had to request another one). Both of them have the same lack of fingerprint reader.
After getting in touch with the support, I first was offered to collect the phone and replace it but then I was asked to provide logs, because it might be a bug. Don’t know if that means the phone will still be replaced. Just sent the logs and waiting for feedback
