FP4 Call Volume way to loud

Hi Fairphoners,

I have tried to find some information in this forum here as well as in the fairphone-forum.

Can’t tell exactly since when (which update) but my call volume is way to loud as many other users already mentioned.

Has anyone found a solution yet?

I mean isn’t there a secret ## menu where I can scale the volume of incoming voice calls down?

Hi, seems like this got fixed in v1.18 and the update should arrive in the next days/week. You can monitor the release here and you can find the fix mentioned in the release notes here.
