I had to roll back to 1.21 after upgrading my OP 7 pro to version V2.0. It is not working for me.

I initially installed e/OS using installer. Easy installer used android 11.

Q1: Should I have upgraded to android 13 before using easy installer?
Q2: Is there a way to upgrade to android 13 and then install e/OS again without loosing data?

Hello, I finally found the video. Since my English is not so great, I can read it relatively well but not hear it so well, I downloaded the video and edited it a bit since the automatic subtitles are very bad.
