Impossible to install new app from App lounge

Hello everyone,

Because VLC was not working with Android Auto, I tried some things. I uninstalled VLC and installed it from Play Store via a direct link, such as described here :

Then, I uninstalled VLC installed from Play Store.

Since that moment, I am not able to install any app from App Lounge.

I reboot many times the phone. I also look for help page. I cleared every thing from app lounge (cache and data). Reboot phone.

Tried to install any app. Not working.

I am quite desesperate…

I think there is a true important problem. I have error message from DAVx under /e/os which say my NextCloud server is unavailable. My server is available.

I tried to make a calendar event. It has not been replicated from the phone to my server.

What could went wrong ?

Maybe that’s why the apps are not able to be installed ?

I can browse the web from the navigator app…

Edit : going to “Account” → “Webdav” ->“Sync Now” → I got “InterruptedException” on Calendar and Task sync. Contacts and Notes sync well.

Edit 2 : sync fail for Calendar and Tasks since 2 days…

Pretty weird… I think that is working again. What I did :

  1. Log out in app lounge (from anonymous login)
  2. Clear App Lounge’s data by navigating to Settings > Apps > App Lounge > Storage & cache > Clear storage.
  3. Shutdown the phone
  4. Power on the phone
  5. Launch app loung
  6. Accept app lounge and log in anonymously.
  7. Install VLC, that works
  8. Synchronize Nextcloud, everything synchronized.

That is seriously strange…

Yeah I get this problem almost every day or 2 days, it’s a PITA, sometime erasing data and reboot does not work on first try
