I posted previously regarding this - but had no takers:
I have a samsung S9, my colleague a S9+.
We are both experiencing the ring tone becoming muted at random times.
Our phones are not on ‘do not disturb’.
I read in this link:
none of that applies, apart from ‘silent mode activates automatically’, how does that happen, and can you disable it, and could this be our culprit ??
So far the only way we have found to re- enable a silent ringtone is to adjust the ring tone volume by pressing the bixby key to bring up the slider.
