Incoming call tone muted, cannot find setting

Hi,
My Galaxy S9 has a muted incoming call tone, I have searched for a setting - but cannot see where it is muted, I followed this link, which whilst slightly different to e/OS:

Bit lost as to why i cannot unmute calls, any one have any pointers to try …

OK, this appears to be happening with particular numbers only… I will do some more testing …
