Installer fairphone 4 need help

hello i have try to install e/os on my fairphone4 whit the installer
i can dowload the os but when the installer set my phone in the bootloader and i connect to it i get message no compatible device found

what do i wrong

Perhaps you are using Windows? Maybe a driver missing? [Solved] Windows does not see my phone in Fastboot mode.
