Is it easy yo roll back updates?

So before the last update my murena Nothing Phone was working OK - it occasionally locked on the fingerprint screen, the second SIM card is not 100% (but might be due to tel company) and my second profile started to occasionally block and ask for the pin when I tried to access it from the sleep screen, but now, since the update:

  • No second user - repeatedly asks for pin and goes to blank screen. Lost all data in that user after update.
  • Having a second SIM both are struggling to maintain connectivity to networks and mobile data.
  • Screen blocks at biometric unblock as well.

Can I go back? How? I just want a work profile to separate apps. I’m a bit disappointed as I probably need to put WhatsApp on my phone for school and I was hoping to keep it separate.

I’ve had my phone for a year and I’m so happy with e/os and murena for existing.

If there are any tips I’d be really happy to hear from anyone.

Thanks.

Hello @alba,

Yes it will be easy,
as there is no “anti roll back protection” on this device,
so roll back to the previous /e/ version cause no issue, the method is the same as for an update

JUST DO NOT APPLY “FACTORY-REST”
do not apply format /data partition
