LinkedIn app suddenly keeps stopping when adding an image

My wife and I both have /e/ OS with the same version. We both run the app LinkedIn. Today here app started to repeatedly stop when she tries to upload an image in a post. We run the same version of LinkedIn. I have tested this on my phone and it works. The only difference we have is that I run /e/ OS on a Fairphone 4.

She bought her Murena Fairphone 5 this summer. For her this is yet another hurdle in an endless series of problems she has run into ever since she bought her phone.

I want to fix this for her. Is there some diagnostic tool I can run to fix this?

adb logcat or logfox to see why it is happening. I’d wait for /e/OS v3.3 to dive in though as there’s a small but critical change for the FP5 in it.

Currently different issues have arisen. We cannot install new apps, because App Lounge will not load (or takes an extremely long time, I don’t know. After more then a minute we closed the app).

Loading App Lounge has been a issue from the beginning, but now it is really bad. We tried the Aurora Store: same problem. Last week it did load, but said about every normal app that it could not be installed on the phone.

How do we proceed?

as said, v3.3 that is already out on the dev/community channel should be available to official in short time. It will fix this.

Hi just replying here to say I had a LinkedIn app issue too a while back and it turned out to be a broader LinkedIn app problem, so wanted to ask have you looked the issue up online already? May result in an answer
