Linux (.sh) file shows 0 bytes (Downloading from FP website!)
Trying to revert from Android 11 to 10 so I can install Ubuntu Touch (UT) on Fairphone 3 (FP3)
…When I download (from https://support.fairphone.com/hc/en-us/articles/18896094650513#01HB8ZZ1BMMQNSNMFT3YXDBXA0) the ‘Flashing with fastboot’, Android 10 'Fairphone OS (Android 10), the file I am told I need to flash on a Linux Ubuntu machine is the ‘fp3 flash_fp3_factory.sh’ however while the files for win and mac have substance the Linux (.sh) file shows 0 bytes… Why is this and where can I get this file? (downloaded multiple times, always the same, spent waaaaay tooo long on this). Thanks

The link shows various pros and cons, but which download do you select ?

Perhaps this thread would help get your bearings [HOW-TO] Flash /e/-OS on Fairphone 3 using Debian based GNU/Linux

Post #58 is an addendum which shows what to expect from an /e/OS download and the location of flash_fp3_factory.sh.

It is nice to see you here and welcome to the /e/OS forum, but are you aware of https://forum.fairphone.com/

TL;DR for users reading along here: The 0 bytes file is just a symlink (intentionally).
