Yes, everything you listed is working perfectly for me (I get notifications for online purchase validations).
All that, on 3 different devices.
I can also pay with companions app CIC Pay on 2 of them (didnât try on 3rd).
I have a standard checking account, with free Filbanque included.
TBH Iâve also seen, long time ago, users complaining about devices enrollment on Telegram french channel. They didnât update, so I donât know if they solved their problem.
Forgot to mention: I also have a printed code-card (Navigateur obsolĂšte - CIC) for most important operations. Donât remember exactly, but I think it was needed for device enrollment.
I just bought an FP6. I had trouble using my Fortuneo banking app. Iâm putting here what I did to make it work.
I went to âConfigurationâ then searched âlinkâ then searched for Fortuneo and added the URL links âwww.fortuneo.comâ and âmabanque.fortuneo.frâ.
Then I launched the app, at the time of authentication it sent me an email. The validation link opens in the app, allowing to pass the validation. Et voilĂ .
UK Bank Starling stopped working again.
They started displaying a warning and advising on factory reset for few week, and then cut me down (I had two /e/OS devices, on one I even did the factory reset for the benefit of argument with their helpline.
Norway; Vipps. It used to work, but when I tried logging in today I got this; Vipps can not start. Try deleting Vipps and download it again from Play Store. It is possible that your phone is modified. If that is the case contact the store where you bought the phone!
Speaking of revolut, it has not been working anymore for 2 months as they seem to have âhardenedâ some policies without letting anyone know, on /e/os 3.0.4t officialâŠBeen struggling with their cs by email as only means of communication, and so far have not managed to have my account closed⊠Nightmare
I honestly donât know if this is the new intended behavior (perhaps for additional security reasons) or an app bug or an /e/ issue. Maybe someone with a non-/e/ phone can shed some light on this. Itâs not blocking but a bit weird.
I tried looking at the notification settings of the app to see if there was a dedicated category for payment authorization notifications, but they have terribly vague names: two categories just bear the name of the app, and a last one is just âNotificationsâ. And I donât remember how it was like before the issue.
The rest still seems OK, but maybe thatâs because my account was registered in the app a long time ago. Perhaps Iâd run into the same issue as @alain29 if I started over from scratch, but Iâll avoid trying that out for as long as I can.
(FP3+ on /e/ 3.0.4-t)
Edit
The expected notifications (well⊠two out of three?) popped up about an hour late, when I re-connected my phone to Internet. Weird. (Clicking them, as expected, told me that the operations had already been validated.)
In Germany the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken have a great functional app. They have a pay app for your digital credit or debit card which works with e/OS without any Google wallet apps.
