I had a Galaxy S9 since the end of 2019 until july and BoursoBank was working well.
The last firmware I used was /e/OS 3.0.1-t community (Android 13).
For some reasons, I had to roll back to Samsung stock ROM but I reinstalled /e/OS 3.1.1 community.
I tried to install and connect BoursoBank to my account but it failed.
I don’t understand why.

Currently free of charge. Installed and daily used on e/os on CMF phone 1. All features work as expected. The physical card number has a setup like a creditcard and therefore the debit card can be used for online creditcard purchases. In theory, this should also make it work with Curve for mobile payments. I have not tested this because my phone doesn’t offer NFC.
It is not possible to activate the payments product on e/os unfortunately as the 3rd party vendor that verifies the identity of the user makes a specific Google call. I circumvented this by applying for the product on an iPhone and then logging in on my CMF after the payment product was live.

I manually installed e-2.5-t (A13 from community) on the S9 and I have been able to install BoursoBank from AppLounge and connect to my account.
I’m trying now to install OTA updates to see if BoursoBank is still working.

I did OTA as soon as it was available last night (although the file, 3.1.1-s-20250828521481-official-starlte, is dated Aug. 28). It did not change a thing for BoursoBank app on my side.
I was hoping for an upgrade to A13 or A14 but S9 is still stuck with A12. Should I get a new phone?
After updating the phone, I failed to connect BoursoBank to my account. Perhaps because I didn’t finish the connection the first time.
To have A13, I think you have to install manually community ROM but it will wipe your data.
I don’t know if there will be an official A13.

Hello, I cannot install BoursoBank inside Shelter : download is stuck at 0%. No issue with applounge nor my internet connection as Boursobank can be installed (though not working) outside shelter

I managed to get BoursoBank working on a Samsung Galaxy S9.
I manually installed e-2.6.4-t-20250104459156-community-starlte.zip (Android 13) by following these instructions (this is the most recent version that allows BoursoBank to work).
When you first start up, you need to configure the phone as you wish.
At the end, the home page opens but is empty. This is a bug in this version that will be fixed in the first update.
BUT BEFORE UPDATING e/OS/, you must install BoursoBank and log in to your account.

From the home page, swipe down twice from the top status bar.

Tap the small cogwheel icon at the bottom right to open the settings.

Open “Applications” then “All apps.”

Tap App Lounge, then “Open.”

Unless you want to connect a Google account, log in anonymously.

Search for BoursoBank and install it.

Open the app and log in to your account by following the instructions (other device or ID card + selfie).

If everything is OK, you can then update /e/OS (6 updates in total, up to version e-3.1.1-t) by accessing the settings as before and opening “System Updates.”
Do not reset your phone after updating /e/OS, as you will lose access to BoursoBank.

The only thing that I did was to upgrade to the Version /e/OS 3.1.1-a14 and then I’d installed the App and tried to logged me in. (Since the /e/OS 2.7 I got this message everytime so when I got a new /e/OS I would download the Bank App and try to installed again) and like I posted for a couple of days in this Version /e/OS 3.1.1-a14 I was able to logged me in and it works without any issues so far.
Why it works now? I do not know… I would ask the question to development to see what the diference ist between the 3.1.1-a14 for Shiba and the 3.1.3 for FP6.

FP6 official build users had an issue where their IMEIs were being hardcoded. This made the device unusable and required a hotfix. This issue was not detected on other devices. We are releasing a v3.1.4 maybe early next week for all devices which has the September security patch as well as updates for the browser. This is also an attempt to roll out quick releases to accommodate the security patches version and keep them in sync.

Hello, thank you for this solution. I just get a new FP6 and I did all these steps but unfortunately I still have trouble to acces the Boursorama application. At the last step The application is running in a loop without opening. I do not understand why it does not work. I have also applied this: Appli boursobank sur fp4 + /e/os - #31 by Goudi

From what a colleague told me this app is replacing your android wallet, which I cannot make sense of. How would they do this?
I could be tempted to move my accounts to cm if I can use a contactless method I can potentially trust.

Après j’avais formulé ma requête différemment, j’avais souligné le fait que mon app fonctionnait sur mon ancien téléphone avec le même Android degoogleisé et que par contre cela ne fonctionnait pas sur mon nouveau téléphone avec le même système d’exploitation quand j’essayais de m’enregistrer.
J’ai donc demandé des moyens alternatifs aussi sécuriser type Fido2 ou clef RSA pour me permettre de valider les paiements en ligne à défaut d’avoir une app fonctionnelle.
Je ne suis pas entré dans les menaces de partir, je ne suis pas du genre a menacer, je vais juste le faire.
Peut être que de voir le montant que j’ai sur leur compte plus le fait que l’on soit plusieurs dans ce cas les a fait reconsidérer le traitement de ce type de requête .
