Murena mail issues

Not receing emails either e.email or murena.io

Sent by multiple sources

I’m having the same problem with some emails, although I do still receive some. I tried sending myself an email from another account; some emails never arrived, whilst others took several hours to arrive.

Just so you and future people know, there is this other thread with more people involved so you may want to check it out. (ping @joao.matos as I’ve seen Softer on the other one)

Yes. I’m also facing issues. The emails send to e.email addresses is not being delivered or takes too much time. It could either because of greylisting or some unknown issues with the email system. the intermal emails sent from the same domain is getting delivered, but mails from github, or other providers does not land up in the inbox immediately. It comes after a couple of hours or sometimes even more. Most of the emails are useless after the initial time period if it arrives late.

I have been facing this issue for a very long time and I genuinely thought it could be the delivery, but only very few emails (like from gmail.com) are delivered immediately and most of other emails are delayed and there is no way to know if the mail acceptance is working or not. I’m seriously considering switching to other email provider if such things continue. There is no point in using a system which is not working as it is intended to be.

I don’t have any way to escalate or reach out to customer care or support other than posting it in the forum and waiting for the response. Please do something as you have got something which is very unique.

Same here. I registered today and I seem to have picked a bad day to test the platform, emails are taking from 20 to 60 minutes to arrive :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Surprisingly, I sent 2 emails from Gmail, one to my proper email address and another a couple of minutes later to my alias, and the alias email arrived 30 minutes before the first one.

Hope this is just a temporary issue, as long as they do arrive.

Update: seems to be stabilizing as new emails only take a few minutes now :raising_hands:
